Why a rebate can be refused or reversed
It never appeared
- The account was not opened through our link. Exchanges fix the referrer when an account is created and do not move it afterwards. A new account through our link is the only fix.
- The UID was typed wrong. Check it against the exchange and link it again.
- No trades yet. Nothing is reported until you have traded; the first figures can take up to 24 hours.
It appeared, then was reversed
The exchange can withhold or claw back commission. When it does, the matching rebate is reversed — we cannot pay out commission we did not receive. The usual reasons:
- Wash trading — trading with yourself, or between accounts you control, to generate volume.
- Self-referral — referring your own second account, or several accounts belonging to one person.
- Promotion abuse — stacking bonuses the exchange does not allow together.
- Account closed or restricted by the exchange, including for region or identity checks.
A reversal shows in your history with its reason. If you think it is wrong, contact us with the month and the exchange; we will ask the exchange and show you what it says.

Not investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to trade, to use leverage, or to use any particular exchange. Trading crypto derivatives can lose you more than you deposit. We are paid a commission by exchanges on the fees you generate, so we earn more when you trade more — read everything here with that in mind.
