How a rebate moves, step by step

Every state a rebate passes through, from your trade to your wallet, and how long each one takes.

From trade to wallet

  1. Recorded. The exchange reports your volume to us. It appears under your account within about 24 hours of your first trade on a linked UID.
  2. Estimated (only some exchanges). Exchanges that report volume but settle commission monthly show the figure as estimated — worked out from your volume and the published fee schedule.
  3. On hold. Every month's rebate is held until 7 days after the month ends. Exchanges can still adjust or claw back commission in that window.
  4. Reconciled. When the exchange's monthly statement arrives, estimated rows are replaced with the exact figure. Only reconciled amounts are ever paid.
  5. Withdrawable. After the hold, the amount becomes available. Minimum withdrawal is the figure shown in your account; anything smaller rolls over.
  6. Sent. You request a withdrawal, it is reviewed by a person — never automatically — and sent in USDT to the address you set. You get the transaction hash.

Check it yourself

Your account shows, per month and per exchange, the volume and fees the exchange reported and the amount owed to you. Divide the amount by the fees and you get the discount shown next to that exchange. Volume and fees come from the exchange, so they match your own trade history. If they ever do not, send us the exchange's figure.

Not investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to trade, to use leverage, or to use any particular exchange. Trading crypto derivatives can lose you more than you deposit. We are paid a commission by exchanges on the fees you generate, so we earn more when you trade more — read everything here with that in mind.
