UID-Only Fee Rebates: What We Need, What We Never Ask For, and When You Get Paid
Before you sign up for any rebate service, you should know two things: what they will ask you for, and when the money actually arrives. Most rebate pages are vague on both. This one is not.
What we need: your UID
Your UID is the account number the exchange shows on your profile. It is not secret — exchanges display it openly so people can send you internal transfers or verify your account. It lets us do one thing: match the trading volume and commission the exchange reports to us with your account on our site.
Where to find it:
| Exchange | Where the UID is |
|---|---|
| Bybit | App → Profile → UID (next to your avatar) |
| Binance | App → Profile → UID |
| OKX | App → Profile → UID |
| Bitget | App → Profile → UID |
| Gate | Website → Account → UID |
| MEXC, KuCoin, BingX, BloFin | App → Profile → UID |
What we never ask for
- API keys — not read-only ones, not trading ones, none. We don't need them; the exchange reports referral data to us directly.
- Passwords or 2FA codes.
- Seed phrases or private keys.
- Deposits. We never hold your funds, and nothing you do with us touches your exchange balance.
If anyone claiming to be a rebate service asks for any of these "to activate your rebate", stop. That request is the scam.
Why only new accounts usually work
Exchanges attach a referrer to an account at the moment of registration and, as a rule, refuse to change it later. That means an account you opened before — directly or through someone else's link — usually cannot be moved to us. The common route is a new account registered through our link. Some exchanges have their own rules for sub-accounts; read them, and never break an exchange's terms to get a rebate.
The timeline: October trades, paid in November
- October 1–31: you trade. Every fill generates a fee; the exchange books part of it as referral commission.
- During the month: your dashboard shows volume and fees as the exchange reports them. Some exchanges report daily; some only monthly, in which case figures are marked "estimated" until the statement arrives.
- After October 31: the month closes. We reconcile against the exchange's figures.
- 7-day hold: your October rebate stays locked for 7 days after month end. That window exists because exchanges can still adjust or claw back commission — for wash trading, self-referral, promotion abuse or a closed account. Paying instantly would mean asking for money back later.
- From about November 7: the rebate becomes withdrawable. Minimum 10 USDT, on TRC20, BEP20 or Arbitrum One. Below the minimum, it simply rolls into next month's balance.
What one month looks like in numbers
Say you traded $200,000 of Bybit perpetuals in October, all taker at 0.055%:
- Fees you paid: $110
- We return 50% of the referral commission the exchange pays us. On Bybit that currently works out to 22.5% off your fees: $24.75
You can check this yourself: your exchange's trade history shows the $110 in fees, and your dashboard shows the fees and the rebate side by side. Divide one by the other and you get the "% off fees" figure printed next to that exchange on our home page.
What if something changes
- The exchange changes its commission: the figure on our page changes with it, and each month is calculated at the rate that applied in that month.
- The exchange reverses commission: if it happens before your rebate is paid, the rebate is adjusted; that is what the hold is for.
- You stop trading: nothing happens. You never owe us anything.
One honest caveat
A rebate returns part of a cost you already chose to pay. It never exceeds the fee, so trading more to earn rebates always costs more than it returns. Use it on the trades you were going to make anyway.
